The On Track Meals flameless heater bag is a safe and effective way to heat up your On Track Meals without fire or flame. Its as easy as;

  1. Open the On Track Meals 'Flameless Heater Bag' and grab the packet containing the white heater element. 
  2. Rip open the plastic packet containing the white heater element and put the heater element back inside the main bag (PLEASE NOTE THIS STEP IS NOT ON THE OUTSIDE OF THE HEATER BAG)
  3. Put On Track Meals MRE in the main bag.
  4. Put 50ml of water in the main bag and close the zip lock.
  5. Wait 7-10mins and enjoy your hot On Track Meal!

The On Track Meals flameless heater bag is a great alternative to heating meals for;

-Places with Fire Bans.

-Within confined space where flame or fire cannot be used.

-In your Grab Bag.

-Light weight for day trekking. (Weighs just 10 grams)

*Please note these cannot be taken on commercial aircraft in checked or carry on baggage.

*Always ensure you use them in a well ventilated area.

*Handle the bag with care as it heats up to 100 degrees, the steam can be very hot when you open the bag.

How to dispose of heater element:

Flameless Heater Bag elements, contain a mixture of powdered magnesium, iron, and salt, which react with water to produce heat.

To dispose of heaters, it's important to let them cool completely after use. Once they have cooled down, you can dispose of them in regular household waste.

It's important to note that you should not puncture or tamper with the heaters, and they should not be disposed of in a fire or incinerator

Great to have a couple to get a hot meal

These are a great bit of kit.
When the weather is foul and you want something warm to eat with out the jetboil or camp-fire. Also a good hand or foot warmer after its done cooking dinner
